You've landed on the portfolio of Abbey Ley, seasoned Creative Director & Graphic Designer based in the Hudson Valley, New York. I'm a colorful, creative lady with 20 years of expertise in art direction, print design, illustration, branding, motion and social content creation. Working with clients to craft visual branding systems is such a unique and enjoyable process for me. I am very thorough and have a simple 3-round process for logo + visual identity projects, where I gather information about the overall vision, inspiration and competition to inform my design approach. My goal is basically to read minds and bring the vision to life with multiple options to choose from! Creating designs for festivals and experiential activations have been some of my favorite kinds of projects. I've designed key art and poster illustrations for yoga and music festivals, tons of T-shirts, visuals for live music events, album artwork + music packaging, and graphics for TV & films. Most recently, I worked on designs for a fantastic World Cup experience in NYC! I bring a friendly, warm collaborative energy to teams, close attention to detail and a strong work ethic to all of my projects.
